Our President & Rector

Prof. Kowo holds a PhD in Business Administration from Kwara State University, an MSc in Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), and a BSc in Economics from Delta State University (DELSU). His academic journey reflects a steadfast commitment to excellence and expertise in Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Human Resources, Strategic Management, and International Business.
Prof. Kowo is a Professor of Business Administration at the Global Humanistic University, Curaçao, South America, and the Dean of Research & Planning at Graham International University. He has also served as a Visiting Professor at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Slovakia and as a Research Fellow at the American Research Center in Sofia, Bulgaria.

EIOU is currently not a full-fledged university. We are actively pursuing the necessary accreditation requirements to become a degree-granting university.

Will my certificate be valid internationally?

EIOU operates under its parent company, Excel Learning Academy, which is registered as a private company limited in Nigeria (RC: 8380857). However, EIOU is still in the process of acquiring government accreditation as a full university.
