Biography
Dr. Oyedele holds a PhD in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. He is an entrepreneurial trainer, facilitator, conference/workshop speaker, researcher, business management and training consultant, and HR professional in human capital development, talent management, organisational behaviour, business re-engineering, and industrial relations.
He is a Senior Lecturer at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria. He has over twenty years of teaching experience and has authored 40 publications in respected journals, amassing over 215 citations.
