Biography
Prof. Aida Mehrad, a Spanish national, is a Professor of Industrial and Organisational Psychology. She specialises in conflict management, leadership styles, organisational support, work engagement, emotional intelligence, and team psychology. She holds double doctorates in Organisational and Industrial Psychology (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, 2021) and Social Psychology (Universiti Putra Malaysia, 2015). She has published 63 papers and authored six books on organisational, psychological, and motivational topics.
