Biography
Prof. Dr. Rajesh Ranjan is a distinguished academician, industry expert, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience. He holds a full-time residential PhD from the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai (formerly NITIE, Mumbai), under a Government of India Merit Scholarship, and has qualified the UGC-NET in Management. He is currently a Research Professor at Universidad Panamericana, Mexico. His expertise includes Research Methodology, HRM, Strategic HRM, Leadership, and Organisational Behaviour.
